In a week that has had us focusing on goals and urging us to align with movement and determination, we might find ourselves wondering if we’re doing things right or if there are other ways to go about things. Maybe we have too many different things that need our attention all at once.
The 7 of Cups is all about having choices, different ways of looking at things, different solutions to a single problem, or having different paths to choose from. This is a good moment to become the observer.
Try to identify and observe each possibility and how it works for/against you. You can even make a list of pros and cons if you need more clarity on each one. If you’re choosing between solutions for a problem, you might want to be 100% clear on each of the potential solutions and make sure you have all the information you need. If you don’t, you might want to do some research to make an informed decision. Pick what’s going to be better for you in the long run and what has the most potential for the results you want.
This card can also mean it’s a good time to build castles in the sky, daydream and visualize your goals, and allow yourself to have big dreams. Doing this sparks your creativity levels and allows you to see what your end goal is, so you can plan your steps accordingly.
As always, a word of advice on this energy: since this energy is very ethereal, abstract and imaginative, be sure to avoid going into full daydream mode. It has to be something you can switch on when you need to, but not so much that it causes you to become unfocused and distracted.
If you do become a little unfocused because of all the choices you have and don’t know where to start, just take single, small steps that you are certain of to get the ball rolling.
In a nutshell, today is a good time to visualize, imagine those big dreams you want fulfilled, and see potential paths ahead… Build those castles in the sky BUT know fully that once you see the painted picture, you can come back, ground yourself and put those dreams in motion by taking action and making them happen. Otherwise, they will remain castles in the sky and can evaporate or be forgotten.
