A Grateful Heart – Weekly Self-care Message

Gratitude is one of the most potent frequencies that exist. When we connect with the feeling of gratitude, our vibration elevates and it makes us be in a better mood and in a more balanced and open state.

Today’s message is all about turning into that gratitude frequency.

I know on some days we’re just over it and don’t even feel like doing anything, let alone look for a silver lining. However, most of those days, it’s exactly when we need to make an extra effort to do so. Why? Because in our darkest moments, a little light goes a long way. If you don’t have the time to do this on a daily basis, you can try to do it at least once or twice a week.

When we actively search for things that are working to our favor, things we do have, what has been succesful instead of looking at what’s lacking, what isn’t working or what went wrong, we shift our inner state. And in that balanced inner state is where we can feel more at ease and allow ourselves to flow.
